Return Policies:

There are absolutely NO refunds unless there is a proven defect that is not due to wear and tear. If there is a defect, the item must be sent back for a refund to be given. Pictures must be provided.

Please email addisongraceco@gmail.com for questions or concerns. Once a custom order is placed, the fabric is special ordered and is non-refundable.

Payments -

I always take sezzle and afterpay! All invoices are done via the website

We do not combine shipping for RTS and custom orders. This creates a lot of confusion.

Failure to pay invoices from LIVE sales or customs within 24 hours will result in a cancellation of the invoice. We do not hold items. It will be back up for sale.

Failure to pay more than twice will result in loss of ability to place a custom order or participate/claim in live sales. We also do not order material until payment is received.

Safety:

Please Note: Our jewelry and accessories are not toys. They are not intended for children under the age of 3. Accessories may contain small pieces that pose a risk for choking. NEVER leave a child unattended with our accessories, including in a car-seat. Accessory items must be used with strict parental supervision.

Our clothing is not meant to be used as sleepwear.
